I did not receive an activation email

When you create a Banafo account with an email address of your choice, you need to verify your email.

This step is needed to make sure you entered a correct email address that belongs to you.

After your registration, you will receive an email that looks like this:

If you don’t see this email, please do one of the following:

  • Check your spam folder.
  • Check the bin of your email program. Maybe you deleted the email accidentally?
  • Try to register again. If you don’t see the notice that your email is already in use, you entered another email address during your registration.
