On both the Home and Conversations page of your Banafo account, you can see a green button.
When you click on it, you will see a screen with several fields you can fill in.
To upload a recording, browse first to your audio file on your computer.
You can leave the optional fields blank. However, if you take the time to fill them in, it will be easier for you to find recordings back faster.
Select the language
It’s important that you choose the right language of your uploaded recording. The transcript of your audio file will namely be generated in the language you choose here. Please note, Banafo does not translate the audio to another language.
Finally click on the green button at the bottom of the form.
Your audio fill will then be uploaded.
After a bit, your transcript will be ready.
